If you have forgotten your username or password, you can call your customer service contact or click on the link below to request a new username and password.

Trustees:
As a Trustee, you will receive your username and password from the Zenith Client Services Manager assigned to the Trust; please contact the Client Services Manager if have not received your login information. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact your Client Services Manager.

To login, choose the “Trustee” account type from the drop-down list, enter your username and password then click the LOGIN button to access the secure Trustee portion of the website.
